14-day Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from conclusion of the contract. The simplest way is to send an unequivocal email within the deadline to andersen.apps@icloud.com. Effects
We refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. If you expressly requested service during the withdrawal period, the legally permitted proportionate amount for service already provided may be charged.
Optional model withdrawal form
You may use this statutory form, but you do not have to use it. An unequivocal email is sufficient.
