Danish consumer dispute resolution
If no direct resolution is reached and the statutory conditions are met, Danish consumers may use Nævnenes Hus to contact Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager and, where applicable, Forbrugerklagenævnet. The general system currently normally covers claims from DKK 1,220 to DKK 100,000.
EU/EEA consumers
Consumers in another EU/EEA country may contact their European Consumer Centre. The former EU ODR platform closed in 2025 and is therefore not linked.
